Monday Night Play is a space to come together with somatic and energetic guidance, movement improvisation, live musical accompaniment, and community. This monthly event is facilitated by Tracy Broyles (movement), and Adrian Hutapea (music.)

Our time begins with an inquiry of the monthly theme. As we move into a collective practice of improvisation, we give the themes room to bloom or die. We will finish with a deep relaxing meditation. It is a playful journey into curiosity and intuition, response and action, embodiment and deep tending.
