Tuesdays: September 17th, 24th + October 1st // 6:30-8pm // 10-20$ sliding scale, NOTA.
In this class series we will try on basic principals from the Axis Syllabus. Axis Syllabus is a collection of ideas oriented toward helping individuals glean greater insight into their moving bodies. This is called a lab series, as it is a place for experimentation and reflection, both as facilitator and participants. Our tools for practice will include guided movement motifs, as well as improvisation scores. Details about individual classes will be posted on facebook.
