This improvisation-based class facilitates self-discovery through curiosity and investigations of the inner and outer landscapes. The class asks movers to notice and question habits and patterns, listen to the body, and ignite unheard points and paths through guided improvisation. By engaging with Dance in an open system, participants work collaboratively and activate real live dance-making.
Saturday June 17th // 1:00-3:00pm // $12 drop-in
