GUEST ARTIST CLASS W/SARAH KEENEY (Oakland, Ca)
In this class, technical skill is exalted through the resounding joy of being in the body's expressive and artistic state. With release technique as it's springboard, this class will include dancing off center, moving in and out of the floor, and investigating power, articulation and momentum. Improvisation and choreography is accessed and expanded while queries of identity and purpose set us in frame. Find freedom, flight and fun while sweating and smiling to jammin' music.
Saturday June 25th 10am-12pm // $12-15 sliding scale-no one is turned away from lack of funds.
