MUDDY FEET CONTEMPORARY DANCE WORKSHOP
Join Muddy Feet Directors Rachel Slater and Suzanne Chi to get your body moving and grooving! In this workshop, dancers will participate in a rigorous, sweaty contemporary technique class, investigating momentum based movement, floorwork and flowing, juicey phrase material. Class will be followed by an hour long exploration incorporating task-based improvisation, improvisation in composition, as well as shiatsu-oriented body work aimed at raising anatomic awareness and creating connectedness and availability to movement. Come move with us!
Saturday April 16th // 12:00-3:00pm $20 Drop-in
