Team taught by Gracie Whyte + Laura Berg

Creatively stimulating while also technically demanding, WHYTEBERG class provides an opportunity for students to experience relevant techniques for the current dance climate. Exploring improvisation, transitioning in and out of the floor, and momentum, this class enables dancers to find a comprehensive focus of the body and greater confidence utilizing gravity, finding their center even when the body is physically off center. The remainder of the class culminates in a full-bodied combination of WHYTEBERG rep, where dancers will utilize awareness of spinal articulation, suspension and release, and the command of space while smoothly changing levels. This class is geared towards intermediate to professional level dancers.
