Intermediate/Advanced Floorwork with KennyFrechette

This class is for folks with experience moving into-across-out of the floor who are looking to deepen and expand their practice. We'll move through progressively complex forms, detail transitions, parse through mechanics & sequencing, and dance invigorating choreography. This is a great container for those looking to build strength/stamina, research new pathways, discover interesting variations/modifications, and cultivate more rigorous community practice around floorwork in Portland. 

**Pants, long sleeves, and knee pads are encouraged.
